The Circuit Switcher at this station failed during testing after only a few operations. This image was sent to the client via email to help illustrate the problem. It was also included in the final report. Pictures (if applicable) are generally taken of any questions or problems that arise during station testing and are sent to the group responsible for that area of the station. This practice saves time and confusion by providing the recipient with a visual description instead of a lengthy typed or spoken account.
Images are taken of equipment settings after testing except for computerized devices. The actual software displays are captured for these devices. These settings are recorded on test forms and are not generally included in the final report. However, if an questions should arise about a device's settings the images will be made available to the client.
